The foundations of the deceased H.Sami ERGÜNEŞ and his sons were laid in 1983, Huzur Materialcilik Anonim Şirketi started its commercial life in a 35 m2 shop in Kayseri Industrial Zone. In 1989, it doubled its sales center by purchasing a place in the Old Industrial Zone. In 1992, it continued to grow by opening its second sales place in Osman Kavuncu Industrial Site, another industrial zone. In 1996, it bought a 16.000 m2 area in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone and added its headquarters, management, sales and marketing and main warehouses. In 2010, with the proliferation of companies and brands, it was decided to gather the management in one place and to manage it in a healthy way, and the first steps of Ergüneş Group were taken. Ergüneş Group includes sectors such as Material Industry, Textile Industry, Chemical Industry, Plastic Industry, Metal Industry and Wire Industry.
The management of the companies and their brands is carried out from the central building. Each of them has had an important place in the competitive market both in the country and abroad. Ergüneş Group, which has import and export units, continues its trade with 52 countries of the world. Ergüneş Group, which adopts the principle of transporting textile products, metal products, chemical products, plastic products to every corner of Turkey and the world, continues to grow rapidly, leaving behind many companies in their sectors.
